Kerberized version of telnetd/telnet on Solaris 8

For Solaris 8 you need to download the SEAM package as
well as the "Solaris 8 encryption pack" in order to
get all of the clients and servers into Solaris 8.

SEAM is available as an individual download from the
Solaris 8 Admin Pack:
