kinit on windows?

Hello,

I have Windows 2000 Server with domain. Both windows and unix clients
are able to get tokens from windows KDC.
I am unable to find some "kinit.exe" on my windows based laptop, which is
not domain memeber. I see that domain member computers get this tokens
after logins, but what the others? My question is how can I obtain tokens
on non-domain member computer? Or should I use MIT's kinit.exe? Why MS
does not provide some? Or am I lost?
