There is any way to obtain user authentication throught a web page in linux?

Hellow all,

I want to create a web site under apache-linux from which a user who
has an account in the linux system may execute commands like cp,ls...
with his rights?
For example a user who has login executing the ls command his browser
return the contents of his home directory.
How can configure the apache-ssh-kerberos to obtain the user
authentication?
There is a way to do this?
