[ietf-enroll] Summary of recent discussions, call for onlist discussions!

Folks,

By the charter we should be agreeing on a model for
enrollment/introduction. The only model proposed so far seems to be my
Trusted Transitive Introduction model. 

There have been multiple rounds of discussion about it and an update of
the document in clearly a good idea (the initial draft has expired). 

Does anybody else have a model in mind? 
Is there a reason the TTI model is insufficient or incorrect? (If so
please explain so they can be addressed!)
What can we do to best reach a consensus about this?
What other models can be proposed?

Offlist Jesse Walker, Alper Yegin and myself met to discuss the model,
the framework document and related issues. Some notes from that meeting
