[ietf-enroll] Some thoughts on ENROLL's direction

Excellent! I whole heartedly like where this email is going. Especially
because it is very similar to the TTI model with only some minor
variations. :)

In TTI the user is not the enrollee, instead they are enrolling a device
or component such as their local machine, local hardware client, etc.
The user is instead introducing the enrollee ('petitioner') to the
enroller ('registrar'). 

I think the user vs enrollee distinction helps in clarifying the "role
agreement" and "direction of the OOB information exchange" discussion.
Additionally the recognition of this third element in the exchange
provides a good starting point for discussions about
