[Gsc-oc-firstyear] A Final Word from Orientation 2004

[GSC Orientation]

Good afternoon!
It is truly a bittersweet feeling to have finished our final orientation 
event, yesterday's Red Sox game. Unfortunately, the Sox lost ... 
fortunately, to be a true Sox fan, you have to  experience defeat, so 
congratulations! Anyway, we have had a blast getting to meet all of you, 
and hope that you enjoyed some of the activities we sponsored. We look 
forward to seeing you around campus, and in the years to come. Good luck, 
and don't forget to say 'hi' to us when you see us in the hallways! If you 
would like to get involved with GSC orientation next year, or with other 
GSC activities immediately, feel free to email gsc-oc at mit.edu and check the 
GSC page at http://gsc.mit.edu. There, you can learn about committees, find 
out when they meet, give feedback to current excomm members, and learn how 
to get involved.

Again, it has been great getting to meet you guys. Thanks for making 
Orientation 2004 a success!
