Hi Off-Campus Community,

If you are concerned about housing issues related to the graduate-school
experience (as many of us are at this time of year), this event may be
interesting to you. Stay tuned for more housing-related information soon in
our regular newsletter.

Take care,

Luke and Kelsey, HCA Off-Campus co-chairs

Dear graduate students,

Have something to say about on- or off-campus graduate housing at MIT? Read
on!

As part of its activities on the Graduate Housing Task
Force<http://web.mit.edu/newsoffice/2013/grad-student-housing-working-group-launched-0318.html>the
GSC is hosting a listening session. Dean of Graduate Education
Christine Ortiz and other task force members will be there to hear your
opinions on, and ideas for MIT graduate housing policy, plans and strategy.

We want to understand the connection between quality of life and graduate
housing (both on- and off-campus). In particular, we want to hear your
thoughts on:

   -

The trade-offs between proximity, productivity and quality of life
   -

The decision-making process you use to select housing
   -

Your satisfaction with current graduate housing and housing resources at
   MIT

Event: Graduate Housing Task Force: Graduate Student Listening Session

Date: Thursday, May 30, 2013

Time: 3pm-5pm

Location: 32-124

Refreshments will be served.

Please also share your thoughts with this short questionnaire. Two
