Off-campus students,

This coming Saturday, the MIT community is invited to a picnic and beach 
trip on Cape Cod.  It should be a fun day, and you can register by

As a special treat, the off-campus subcommittee will be fully 
subsidizing fifteen people.  Just register for the event if you've not 
done so already, and, to claim the reimbursement, sign up at

The first fifteen trip attendees to claim the subsidy will get it; we 
will reimburse you at some point after the trip.

  Summer Picnic + Beach Day

Come to a picnic and beach day on *CAPE COD!* Grad students in the 
MIT/WHOI Joint Program in Oceanography invite you to a summer picnic and 
beach day at the beautiful Quissett campus of the Woods Hole 
Oceanographic Institution (WHOI). Our picnic is open to the MIT 
Community, especially graduate students!
Hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, fruits & veggies, and drinks will 
be provided.

*Where?*
Quissett Ballfield, WHOI Campus, Woods Hole, MA. You can play beach 
volleyball, basketball, softball, soccer, frisbee, and bring your 
swimsuit and walk to the beach!

*When?*
12-4 PM, Saturday, August 6, 2011 Peter Pan Buses depart 20 Ames Street 
(MIT Media Lab) at 10:00 AM. Buses leave the picnic at 4 PM and return 
to MIT at ~5:45 PM. Sorry, no private transportation allowed. No refunds 
in case of bad weather; alternate activities will be planned.
