[Gsc-hca-family] [Gsc-hca-all] Scheduling April HCA Election Meeting

Hi everyone,


There has been some interest in the HCA chair positions, so I'd like to go ahead and schedule a time for our April HCA Election meeting.


Please fill out the when2meet here<https://www.when2meet.com/?8987744-r5Myx> so we can decide on a time for the Zoom meeting over the upcoming two weeks (since everyone's schedules are probably different now).


Here are some important points to keep in mind for the election:

  *   Running for the position: Anyone is eligible to run for the two open HCA chair positions (there are no explicit restrictions in the operating procedures).
  *   Procedure: We will allow each candidate ~5 minutes to give a statement. We will then have a Q & A session. Afterwards we will move candidates to a breakout room, have a discussion and then vote.
  *   Voting: Votes will be counted by the full preferential method. All committee members (encompasses all graduate students and spouses/partners) who have attended at least one prior HCA meeting are eligible to vote.
