Hi HCA members,


I hope you are all doing as well as possible in these times. It's hard to believe, but it's almost time for us to elect our next GSC Housing & Community Affairs co-chairs (time flies...).


If you are interested in running for one of the two open HCA chair positions (or are thinking about it and want some more information), please let me know. To me, being a part of the GSC Executive Committee (ExComm) is a great way to be in the know of what's happening at MIT and work with a great team. While Housing & Community Affairs is an extremely broad topic, being HCA chair gives you a chance to focus on topics within that sphere that are important to you.


I'll schedule our April HCA election meeting once there is a clear idea that someone is going to run. I'll also be holding an informal Zoom "HCA office hour" this Friday at 4-5 PM (details below) in case people have questions about the positions. Of course, feel free to email me if you'd like to talk separately and I'd be happy to discuss.
