[Gsc-hca-family] Scheduling Family Subcommittee meetings for Feb, Mar and Apr 2014

Hi everyone!

Please fill in your availability in the poll (

hope we will be able to tentatively schedule all the monthly meetings for
this spring. The meeting location will alternate between Eastgate and
Westgate, and as the last meeting took place in Westgate, the next one will
take place in Eastgate, etc. Please remember that our meetings are
child-friendly; dinner is provided and children can play in the playroom
with a babysitter! Feel free to share the poll with anyone who would be
interested in advocating on behalf of MIT families.
