Hi everyone,

Just a friendly reminder of our upcoming meeting this Wednesday (Oct 16) at 5:30pm at the Westgate lounge. The lounge is located in the basement of the Westgate high rise building. Please let me know if you will need babysitting for this meeting by the end of day tomorrow. Thanks to everyone who has already done so! As always, dinner will be provided.

We will be continuing to talk about plans for the coming year (find the minutes of our last meeting below). I would also like to talk about the subcommittee's leadership, so if you are interested in becoming a co-chair, please be sure to come to the meeting. I would also be more than happy to chat before the meeting, so don't hesitate to contact me.
