[Gsc-hca-family] GSC Family Subcommittee meeting in Feb, and call for volunteers

Hi everyone,

Hope you've all had a great start to the new year! I'm writing to ask you
to fill in the poll on possible dates for our upcoming meeting in February.

Also, if you feel like you might have some free time during January and
would like to get more involved with the subcommittee, now would be a great
time to volunteer. As you all probably know, we're currently working on
putting together a short presentation to Dean Ortiz on the need for
financial assistance MIT graduate students with families have. We still
have some peer university data collection tasks left, among other things,
so please send me an email if you'd be interested in helping out.

Finally, I would like to thank Ramya, who unfortunately won't be able to
continue in her role as the co-chair, for all her efforts in the
subcommittee.


Excited for a great spring term in advocating on behalf of grad families at
MIT!
