[Gsc-hca-family] [Gsc-hca-all] GSC Housing and Community Affairs Meeting - Wed. 11/11 6pm

Dear HCA committee, dorm officers, and department reps,

The next GSC Housing and Community Affairs (HCA) committee meeting will be
held this Wednesday, November 11th at 6pm in the GSC office (50-220).

The HCA committee deals with a wide range of student life issues at MIT such
as housing, residential life, transportation, families, health, dental
insurance, stipends, cost of living and other policy issues. It is the
advocacy group of the MIT graduate student government.  Those who are
interested in policy issues are encouraged to attend and participate in our
monthly meetings.

We strongly encourage dorm officers and any interested department reps to
attend this meeting.  As always, dinner will be provided.  We will discuss
the results from the dental survey, and housing issues that were brought up
at the last Housing Strategy Group meeting (on-campus housing rent increases
and the length of Warehouse leases).  If you have any other items you'd like
to add to the agenda, please send them to me by Wednesday.
