Sexual Assault Awareness Month Events Hosted by Student Advocates for Survivors
Grounding Flow Yoga: April 13, 5:15-6pm ET
Zoom: tiny.cc/sas-yoga
This low-impact, trauma-sensitive yoga class will include grounding poses to stretch the body and take a self-care break. No experience or special equipment necessary. It is helpful to wear comfortable clothes and have enough space to stretch out or walk a few paces. Please feel free to use these yoga props if you have them (but no worries if not): yoga mat, yoga block, and blanket.

Coping Skills to Support Healing
A Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) event
Join VPR and SAS on April 27th from 6:30-7:30pm ET in a workshop designed to increase your coping skills “toolbox” to use in moments of distress. All survivors and allies are welcome!   *   Commit 12 hours per week from June 6 - August 7, 2021
