[GSC-Diversity-All] GSC-DEI conduit meeting this Friday (12/4) @ 1pm

Hello all!

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving break and had some time to
recharge. 🦃
*Our next conduit bi-weekly meeting is this Friday (12/4) from 1-2 pm (zoom
link <https://mit.zoom.us/j/97691330755>)*.  These meetings are open to any
student and are an opportunity to chat about DEI initiatives going on in
your department and to learn about what is happening in others. (Feel free
to come late or leave early--whatever works for your schedule!).

This Thursday, we will discuss the *graduate admissions process*.  If your
department has grad students on the admissions committee, are looking into
adding grad students on the committee, or are curious about this process,
please join in on this week's meeting!  We hope to cover any obstacles,
challenges, and lessons learned regarding the incorporation of students on
graduate admissions committees (or about the grad admissions process in
general).

Feel free to invite anyone that will be interested in learning or
discussing this topic!
