*On-Campus Graduate Housing*

With the many changes happening in Graduate Housing this year,  
including the ending of Senior Segue and the construction of a new  
building for Ashdown House,  there will be many more desirable rooms  
for graduate students on campus than ever before.

This is the year to apply for on-campus Graduate Housing!

Graduate students should apply to the Housing Allocation,

The Office of the Dean of Graduate Education (DGE) needs volunteers to
test the new website.
Time slots are available Thursday May 15 and Friday May 16.

*Graduate Community Fellow: Grad Orientation*

Want to help new grad students get oriented to MIT?
Interested in making lasting connections
with MIT administrators and student leaders?

Grad Community Fellows are a cadre of grad students who work in the
Office of the DGE on projects that enhance the life of grad students
in unique ways.

The Grad Community Fellow maintains & improves the Orientation website,
album, & calendar; designs the Orientation logo, flyers, & T-shirts;
oversees publicity; and works with other Fellows on special projects.

This is a paid position, spanning May to Oct!

*Acoustic BBQ*

Come to the 2008 GSC Acoustic BBQ on Friday, May 16th, 4:30-8:00 PM
outside at the Stata Center Amphitheater.  With FREE burgers, hot  
dogs, adult beverages and two live bands rocking all day, this event  
is not
to be missed.

Please bring age ID to drink.
Rain location is inside the Stata Center (Forbes Cafe).
