Athletic Center on **Thursday, September 20 from 10 am to 5 pm**.

*$100K Kickoff*

The MIT $100K is the world's preeminent business plan competition.

This year $100K will host three separate competitions - the $1K
Competition, the $100K Competition, and the new Elevator Pitch Contest
which will take place on Oct 13.  Whether you have the next great idea,
or just think you may want to know more about the Competition, you should
come to tonight's kickoff event This will be the only information session
that will cover all angles of this year?s Competitions.

The kickoff will be hosted tonight, Tuesday, Sep 18th from 7-9 pm at the
Kirsch Auditorium in the Stata Center (32-123).

*Path of Professorship Workshop @ MIT*

This workshop is for graduate and postdoctoral women at MIT who are
considering a tenure track position in the fields of science, engineering,
and technology. The 1.3 day workshop focuses on skills, strategies and
"insider information" necessary to obtain a tenure-track position, to
succeed in one, and advance to other positions of leadership. This is
also an opportunity to network and meet peers.

The Workshop takes place Oct 26-27th.

The deadline to apply is Oct 12th.
