[galib] Compiling Example 8

I'm trying to compile example 8 in Xcode 4.  I believe I have included the
relevant header files and set the folder to search for headers.  I've also
copied libga.a into the project.  I'm getting compile errors:

GA1DArrayGenome.C
Use of undeclared identifier 'initializer'
Use of undeclared identifier 'mutator'
Use of undeclared identifier 'initializer'
Use of undeclared identifier 'mutator'
GA2DArrayGenome.C
(similar errors)
GA3DArrayGenome.C
(similar errors)

Expecting I've made a rookie mistake.  Any suggestions?
