Dear Jordy

Though, I have not worked with this kind of genome. I
think any kind of alleleset provides you the options
to initialise your population out of the required set
of values. The add function is to add the values out
of which initialisation of population takes place.
During the GA run this initial pop. is evolved and add
plays no role.  I hope this helps.
