I further investigated the problem I mentioned earlier with regards to the
GAListGenome.  I fixed it, but in order to do so, I had to make GAPopulation's
constructor taking a GAGenome and require it to copy CONTENTS, not ATTRIBUTES.
 Copying attributes would fail to copy over the items in the list.  I'm not
sure if that's what the intentional action should be for all cases, but it
is a temporary fix for me.
