[galib] GARealGenome / GAAllele compile solution, gcc 3.3.3

It might be useful to include some of the hints from

and
http://www.ida.his.se/~crg/software/galib_readme.txt
in the documentation.  It can take a lot of searching
to try to find these solutions on their own.

galib works like a champ under gcc 3.3.x after taking
the appropriate advice...
