[galib] set the number of bit 1 in chromosome?

hai sir/madam,

my name is Berie and now as master student (research)in univ technology of malaysian. how to set the number of bit 1 in chromosome. Can anybody tell me which file and which part in the file that me must edit and modify to solve this problem.
