[galib] Visual C++ Linker Error

I am trying to use the math function erf. I am able to compile on unix but
when I try to compile using Visual C++ I get the following error.

decreason.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _erf
LIBCD.lib(wincrt0.obj) : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol
_WinMain at 16
Debug/coll.exe : fatal error LNK1120: 2 unresolved externals
Error executing link.exe.
