[galib] Template compilation errors with ex21.C ex23.C ex24.C

Hello all,

 I get the same errors about template specialization after instantiation in
GARealGenome.C when compiling example 21, example 23 and example 24 as have 
been already reported in the mailing list by Kofi Deh (Tue Aug  5 19:47:30 
2003). Please let me know too if you have the solution. Compiler is g++ 3.3.
