GARSP

  Hello!
I have read the article "Genetic algorithms for rerouting shortest
path (GARSP) in dynamic and stochastic networks" in "European Journal
of Operational Research". There was a reference to "GALib" site:
http://lancet.mit.edu/ga/, and said that "...full source code of the
GARSP implementation is available by E-mail..."
Could you send me this implementation or give me an E-mail address
where I should write a letter with such request.
