GABin2DecPhenotype at 0 bit

Hi,

It happens that I need to use just 0 bit for a GABin2DecPhenotype
with the SAME upper bound and lower bound. However, it seems that
the upper and lower bounds are not honored in this case: the values
generated are always zero. Any ideas?
