Robert (Bob) Massie has worked on issues of corporate governance, corporate
responsibility, climate change, and sustainability for nearly thirty years.
A graduate of Harvard Business School and an Episcopal minister, Bob is the
former Executive Director of CERES, the largest coalition of institutional
investors and environmental and public interest groups in the United States.
Among his many pioneering change efforts, Bob founded the Global Reporting
Initiative, which brings together business, government, and civil society
stakeholders from around the world to develop corporate social and
environmental reporting standards. Bob has also spearheaded numerous
initiatives on investor-related climate risk. Bob is an accomplished author
and a former nominee for Massachusetts Lieutenant Governor.
