A colleague outside of MIT is asking, on behalf of a friend, if I know of a good freelance grant writer with strength in the math/science area, someone with expertise in drafting proposals or researching potential grants.  They can offer a  part-time or 6 month contract with lots of flexibility.

This is to work with a company, Castle Point Learning Systems, a university start up, supported by Stevens Institute of Technology.  Their products are artificially intelligent tutors for STEM disciplines, an interactive software tutor for college students. It works with any textbook. Currently they are also creating pedagogy to support this ed tech tool for calculus.
