[Editors] Indian Minister of Science and Tech: Today at 4:00 p.m.

I hope that you won't mind my reaching out over the list. I wanted to let folks know about an interesting talk that's taking place this afternoon from 4:00 - 4:30, with a smallish reception to follow.

The Minister of Science and Technology, Ashwani Kumar, is on the MIT campus today. He'll be addressing a small group in the Stella Conference Room (7-338) and we'd be pleased to have a few communicators at the lecture. The title of his talk will be "The Changing Face of Science and Technology Policy in India."
