[Editors] Social Media Management tools?

I'm curious which social media management tools people are using across the
Institute. They all seem to have fairly similar features.

Do you use Socialoomph, TweetDeck, Hootsuite, Ping.fm? What about cotweet
and services such as that?

I'd be grateful for any feedback.
