The School of Architecture + Planning (SA+P) uses Constant Contact weekly and we find it useful. What kind of services are important to you? The basics: Constant Contact handles large contact lists, which you can sort; scheduling emails; stats for opens and clicked links; and you can also use your own html design, which can be easily uploaded (their designs are not so hot). They also offer nutshellmail.com for setting up social media alerts in a way that suits you, email archiving, and so on. There are other benefits and drawbacks... I'm happy to answer questions about our use of Constant Contact.
