[Editors] Fwd: Sea Grant communications position

Having worked as a Sea Grant writer from 1978 to 1986 when we 
distributed printed newsletters and were thrilled with our Wang word 
processors and their 5.5 inch floppy discs, I was impressed to see 
how different the job has become today.
