Hi Paul/et.al.,

As far as I know, they just want to clear that when you post photos/video, it can legally show up on your facebook page. They even say the content is subject to your privacy and application settings, meaning they won't own it and they won't post it in other areas of facebook or outside facebook.  

You can kind-of tell from the last sentence of the agreement that they won't use or own your things other than as dictated by your settings: when you delete your account, their license to use it ends.
