Overview
Effective use of new interactive media -- such as participatory
technology, video, blogs, podcasts, news feeds and social networking
sites -- has become key to communicating with higher education's most
important constituents. However, measuring the effects of these new
interactive media efforts on key audiences remains a challenge.

This webinar will introduce you to a number of tools that can help
you assess your efforts. It will provide the context for using these
tools effectively, including establishing realistic communication
goals for interactive media and using measurement data to track your
progress.
