[Editors] question

I'm not sure there is a "correct" terminology. I think the phrase  
"checked into" is a subtle way of saying it's voluntary and that  
celebrities do seem to check into and out of rehab (or hospitals for  
"exhaustion") much as ordinary people do with hotels.
