[ecco-support] [EXTERNAL] access forbidden

Hi Maren,

Thanks for reporting this issue. ECCO Drive is currently experiencing a disk mounting problem affecting drive/files/ECCO2. We’re working on fixing it.

Dear ECCO team,

I am using data in /drive/files/ECCO2/High_res_PIG/ASE_Poinelli2025 for
an ongoing project and now that the server is back online, I can't
access it anymore. If I try to go to directory I get "You don't have
permission to access /drive/files/ECCO2/High_res_PIG/ASE_Poinelli2025 on
this server."

Can you let me now how to restore access?
