[ecco-support] How to interpolate cell-centered grids?

Hi team!

I hope everyone is doing great and enjoying the fall weather.

I am writing this email to seek help for a problem I am facing. I am trying
to convert the model u_x and v_y to zonal and meridional velocity. There is
a tutorial on how to do that for sea ice velocity and ocean velocity, where
the centers are at j, i_g, and j_g, I locations.

However, when I try to convert the wind speed (win u_x and v_y) using the
same code, it shows me an error message.

 I am adding the code and the error message here.
