[ecco-support] Cannot Mount ECCO Drive

Hi,
I've successfully mounted the ECCO drive under win10 environment for a
while. However, since this Saturday I cannot connect to the server anymore.
I have one desktop and two laptops, and none of them can achieve that. It
appears that there's a time out after submitting username and password.
I've checked my internet options and the auto-detection is already checked
out. Can you help me with this?
