[ecco-support] question about ECCO visit and download

Hello professor,

  I'm a student in China. I want to know about and use ECCO dataset for my master research. I enter the website: http://www.ecco-group.org/products.htm, but I can't visit its homepage https://ecco.jpl.nasa.gov/ and can't download the ECCO-V4. I'm comfused if there are some limitation or trouble for these websites. I would be appreciate it if you could solve my puzzle. Thanks in advance.
