probably you need to set up VPN for temporary fix?

To ECCO support:
How can we best serve our product, to a wider community?
looks both ftp://eeco.jpl.nasa.gov (for v4r3)
and ftp://eeco2.jpl.nasa.gov (for LLC270) have issue (accessible to
limited community).
Can a copy be hosted outside of JPL?
