[ecco-support] ECCO v4 r3 data access

Dear ECCO group,
   I'm Lei Han from FIO, SOA of China. I tried to download the latest ECCO v4 r3 product via the link: ftp://ecco.jpl.nasa.gov/Version4/Release3/  but always failed. I've been trying for several months. I downloaded the v4 r2 data fine. Could you please help me with how I can download the r3 data in China? Thank you so much for your attention!
