[Dspace-general] How much time has it taken you to bring up a live dspace repository

We are considering bring up a dspace repository.  How many hours has it 
required in 1) planning, 2) installing, and 3) configuring to get your 
repository up and ready for use?  How many hours of java programming 
were required if any? 
You may answer offlist and I'll summarize the results.
