[Dspace-general] Dspace 1.5.x on Windows

Hi Predeep,

Thanks for elaboration. I finally get your meaning.

That's true. Since 1.5 the dspace package does not contain many program
library files. The install program will download these needed libraries
at the time install is running. It means you need to have Internet
connection while installing dspace.

If you understand maven very much, you can edit the pom files to guide
the install program "download" from a local repository. In this way you
can download all needed libraries beforehand and run a networkless
install. I have never come to a situation where I need to install dspace
in this odd way, however.
