[Dspace-general] Dspace 1.5.x on Windows

Hi Pradeep,

Nothing special indeed.
In dspace.cfg
dspace.hostname = localhost
dspace.url = http://localhost

Follow the steps in the manual for setting up other needed packages.
Make similar settings in any other places where a domain name is needed 
for config.
In this way your dspace can only be accessed on the same computer you 
installed it.
