[Dspace-general] Creating a list of URLs in DSpace?

Greetings,

We have a department that would like to allow faculty and librarians to
submit URLs and descriptions of interesting resources that they couldn't
submit in forms of pdf, MS Word etc.  The end result would be a collection
of links that anyone could search/browse.  Is it possible to submit URLs
only?
