[Dspace-general] possible to link metadata?

I'm wondering if it's possible to link metadata in an item record so that you can browse that particular metadata. For example, I would like to be able to configure things so that, if I'm looking at the full record of an item, I can click on a subject keyword and be presented with a browse list of all the items with that subject keyword.

Is this possible? Using DSpace 1.5.1 / Manakin.
