[Dspace-general] Author names in collections closed for public access

Dear All,

we are running DSpace installation 1.4.2 and have a problem with Author
names for those collections which are closed for public. These names are
still retrievable by browsing items by authors. They are also indexed by
search engines like Google. 

Is there a way to disable browsing closed collections for unauthorized
users and also to block search engines from indexing Author field?
