[Dspace-general] Subscribing to a collection

Hello,

            We are having problems getting our subscription to a collection
working properly.  Can anyone help us?  Is there somewhere that you need to
enable it?  Anyone can register and sign up to a collection and it says we
have successfully subscribed, but we are not receiving email notification
when a new item is added to the collection.  Any help greatly appreciated.
