[Dspace-general] DSpace ver. 1.4.1: collection administrator deleting bitstreams error

Hi all,

I suspect there is a bug in the ver. 1.3.2 and in ver. 1.4.1 of DSpace,
not allowing a collection administrator to remove bitstreams, even if the
collection and item rights are set to WRITE/REMOVE/WRITE and the bitstream
rights to WRITE. He/she can add, but not remove them.
